Do you provide personal training?
Yes — our PT package includes 12 dedicated sessions per month, a custom workout program, custom nutrition, and weekly check-ins with a senior coach. Coach Deepak and Jassa also lead 1-on-1 specialised sessions.
What are the membership prices?
Plans start at ₹1,999/month and go up to ₹16,799/year — with discounts of up to 30% on longer commitments. Personal training packages start at ₹4,999/month. See the Plans section for full details.
Is a free trial session available?
Absolutely. Every new prospect gets one free trial session with a coach plus a complete tour of the facility. Book yours here — no card, no commitment.
What are your gym timings?
Monday to Saturday: 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Sunday: Closed. Annual members get 24×7 keycard access.
Is the gym beginner-friendly?
One of the most beginner-friendly gyms in Rupnagar. Our coaches walk every new member through equipment basics, form, and a simple starter program. You'll never feel out of place.
Do you have transformation programs?
Yes — structured 12, 16 and 24-week transformation programs with weekly progress audits, periodised training, custom nutrition and supplementation guidance.
Do you provide diet & nutrition consultation?
Coach Neha leads our nutrition programs — fully customised macros, meal templates, supplementation guidance and weekly check-ins. Available standalone or bundled with PT.
